About Us

Ricky Miller is a photographer that has spent the last two decades exploring light and the creativity in the creation of great photographs. He has evolved in many artistic abilities and it shows thru his work throughout the communities. He has his greatest tool with him at all times and that being his wife Ellen, who says he cant leave home without. They have crafted art for families over the years and has attended many seminars and different schools to train with the best of the best. He is always eager to learn more and be all he can be. 

He grew up in a small community in Jones County called Pleasant Hill,NC. After graduating high school, he moved on to develop his skills in other areas that would provide a future. He grew weary everyday of not being happy with his job opportunities so in 1994, he decided to go back to school and learn the photography skills. Lots of effort and support has got me to where I am today. 

We love our sessions and make it enjoyable and comfortable with hoping your experience will always be remembered. He now resides on the outskirts of Surf City, NC with his wife and two sons.
